Hybrid Air Suspension

Machining accuracy is enhanced, and guide lifespan is extended.

Roughly 30% friction of spike and backlash is effectively reduced thanks to box guideways along with Hybrid Air Suspension whilc axial movement. 

  • Issue of quadrant marks issue is fixed and machining accuracy is raised based on expertise tuning.
  • Friction between guides and turcite surface is reduced, and guide lifespan is extended.

Angular Head Center Coolant Mechanism (UAC)

All automatic angular heads are optional with CTS function, giving customers maximum tool life and processing performance.

Clutch Type Vertical Skew Angular Axis Heads. The Clutch Lock of Horizontal Axis. ( CHE )

During clutch, the electromanetic brake will be activated on both rotating and linkage shaft. The slanting swing is generated by gravity, which reduces amount of slanting swing while in clutch to avoid tooth jamming.
